Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:


Return Conditions
  1.  The item must be unused and not worn under any circumstances.
  2.  The item must be in its original, excellent condition, with no damage or stains.
  3.  The original tags/labels must remain attached.
  4.  The item must be returned with its original packaging, if applicable.

Return Process
• Once we receive the item, our team will inspect its condition and contact you to confirm the approval of the return.
• If the item meets all conditions, the full amount will be refunded using the same payment method used in the original order.
• Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes
• Items that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.
